Kevin Downes

Kevin is a former employee of Dresser-Rand Engine & Compressor Division with 20+ years experience in project engineering, customer compliance testing, and research & development. He is EnDyn’s current President and has held various positions within EnDyn including Vice President – Operations, Director of Sales and Marketing, Quality Assurance and Engineering Mgr., as well as International Sales Manager. Kevin’s product knowledge, technical background and sales experience create a great combination for Superior and Ajax training.

Mark Little

As a long time employee of EnDyn and our Technical Service Division, Mark understands the importance of engine/compressor reliability. Mark’s industry experience includes engine controls, technical trouble-shooting, rental compression, and project engineering which is tailor-made for his current position as Director of Service and Vice President for EnDyn. With over 28 years experience with Superior & Ajax Engines and Compressors, Mark’s Operation & Maintenance experience provide excellent training sessions.

Tracy Little

With over 40 years in the oil and gas industry, Tracy brings the utmost technical experience on Superior Engines and Compressors to each Training Session. His current title is EnDyn’s CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors with experience as President and VP of Operations for 30+ years. Tracy is a former employee of the White Superior Engine Division with 18 years experience including mechanic, supervisor, and district manager positions. Tracy has conducted numerous classroom and hands-on training programs all over the world.

Jack McMonagle

Jack is the current Special Projects Manager with 27 years experience as General Manager of EnDyn’s Service Company. Jack brings a total of 38 years of industry experience to our training team and has served as a machinist, mechanic, operator, and field supervisor and is also our in-house Ajax guru. Whether it’s offshore in Tunisia, North Africa or in the Ecuadorian Oriente, Jack’s classroom and hands-on programs are the best available.

Jose Antonio Perez Ortega

Our international specialist, Jose (JAPO) has over 30 years experience in the Latin American oil and gas industry. His 15 years of management at Corpoven (PDVSA) in Venezuela led to his expertise in Plant operation and design, re-engineering, maintenance, and instrumentation. In 1992, JAPO was named General Manager of EnDyn de Venezuela, a position he held until 2003, in which he developed experience in shop/field overhauls, installing turn-key compression stations, instrumentation upgrades, just to name a few. Currently, he leads EnDyn’s Sales efforts in Latin America, creating and expanding the market of EnDyn’s products for that region. JAPO’s bilingual skills and engineering experience are a major asset for our team and provide a excellent training resource.
